This course enable participants to meet the requirements for the Qualified Business PersonQBP– for a QLD Electrical Contractors License. You will study Work Health and Safety compliance and Legislation, develop Policies and Procedures for your electrical contracting business, write a Business Plan to enable the business to succeed and investigate the various business structures and their advantages. Your Trainers have been Contractors for over twenty years and will guide you through some of the administrative requirements for establishing a successful business. You may already meet the requirements for QBP. Participants will be issued a Statement of Attainment within 7 days of successful completion for the following nationally recognised units of competency:

Competency in literacy, numeracy and IT . People undertaking this course do not have to be electricians but many of our participants are.

We deliver this course on line with Moodle. You gain access on enrolment and can start immediately. You stop and start when you like. There are several assignments that you upload during the course that your Trainers will assess. Contact with your Trainers is through email and phone and we actually respond very quickly to questions. The course typically involves 30 hours of work. All work must be completed within six months of commencement.

$800 no GST. Payment is made on enrolment through our website. No CSQ funding applies.
