Our usual 4 day off grid course is for electricians who have done the the following.

The course focuses on the following;

  • Wind, Hydro and Generators as sources of energy in Off Grid Systems
  • Load assessments
  • Energy efficiency – buildings and appliances
  • Off Grid configurations
  • Small Off Grid systems
  • Designing Off Grid Systems
  • Applications – pumps, gates, telecommunications, RAPS, etc
  • Practical – wire Off Grid Systems

Attendance requires some pre-course assignment work which should take about 4 hours.
